We are a collective of Seattle-based leftist movement lawyers with experience in criminal defense, immigration, landlord/tenant law, and civil litigation. Our mission is to use our access to and knowledge of the legal system to sustain grassroots community justice and liberation movements by direct client representation, advising activists, and exploring creative ways to leverage legal tools to assist our community’s needs.

As of January 2026, PDC is in development and will launch soon. We will offer holistic legal services for community needs. As movement lawyers, our mission is to support community members and activists in whatever ways they need to help sustain their movements. We envision our practice being guided by community needs and seek to make creative legal strategies, push the envelope beyond today’s legal-norms to make arguments because they are just and righteous, regardless of whether precedent says they will win.
